In 2010, he co-founded Sakeena, drawing from his education in psychology and nursing, and vast experience working as a consultant for a diverse range of organizations such as FHI360, King Hussein Foundation, Mindset, and UNICEF. Adham has also served in various positions at the Ministry of Social Development and Luminus Technical University College. As an Ashoka Fellow, Adham continues to champion causes related to poverty alleviation, empowering youth from underprivileged backgrounds, and strengthening civil society.

She is a former Chevening Scholar and current Schwarzman Scholar specializing in Global Affairs at Tsinghua University. Diana is passionate about civil rights, women's role in the workforce, immigration, and education, and frequently writes about these issues.

With a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, Dr. Halaiqa has been a devoted supporter of Sakeena's pursuit of social justice for many years. His outstanding achievements in fostering domestic and interregional collaboration have garnered him the Jordanian Independence Medal of the First Class, The Jordanian Kawkab Medal of the second degree, as well as several awards from Norway, Italy, and Ukraine.
Ms. Abu Hijleh has dedicated herself to the growth and development of her local community for over three decades. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in political science from the esteemed University of Jordan, she has spearheaded the coordination of numerous conferences centered around sustainable development topics. Ms. Abu Hijleh is also a skilled events manager, expertly overseeing a wide range of activities and initiatives related to pressing policy issues, including water scarcity, disability rights, and journalism.
With more than 30 years of experience, Ms. Saleh plays a critical role in Sakeena's financial planning and development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration, as well as a Master's degree in Marketing, both from the University of Jordan. Ms. Sawsan has coordinated teams and units in various industries, including banking, pharmaceuticals, and the Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation.
With more than 10 years of experience as an architect, Ms. Tom has worked with United Nations agencies, architecture firms, and clients from the public and private sectors in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Iraq. She has played a leadership role in the development and rehabilitation of refugee camps, hospitals, and language education centers. Ms. Noor holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Jordan, and has certifications in project management, as well as training in various advanced software used in urban development.
Ms. Joudeh is a human resources professional and a voice advocating for informal education, literature, and creativity. With a bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Petra and a Diploma in Organizational Leadership from Dale Carnegie, Ms. Joudeh has been an advocate for Sakeena and our cause. Her support and presence contributed to raising awareness of our cause and work. Ms. Judeh is a life skills trainer, and helps individuals and groups find their voice in community and workplaces.
